West Highland, Denver
Midcentury-modern inspired design throughout main living space.
Before & After
This renovated Denver home just needed a makeover with some new furnishings and accessories to match its architectural beauty. Because the entrance is more of an extra-wide hallway that connects one room to another, we wanted to select and arrange furniture to give shape and to clearly define the space. We also wanted to allow a smooth flow from the living to the dining area. A pair of swivel chairs were the perfect addition to allow homeowners and guests to easily move conversation from one room to another.
To fit with the minimalist lifestyle of the homeowners, not much was needed for the family room other than a new seating area. With two Great Danes running around and hopping on the sofa, a coffee table was only going to be in the way; instead, we opted for a side table that can be easily repositioned to suit their needs. Artwork is still in progress, but greenery, soft pillows, and a cozy blanket not only add a decorative touch but immediately invites you to sit back and relax.
