ElkStone prides itself in creating beautiful basements in 7-8 weeks. But they know renovation projects can prove quite stressful for their clients. In order for a project to run smoothly, it’s crucial that selections be made in a timely manner.

That’s where HiLo Decor comes in! I will help you make selections based on your personal style and needs, while keeping in mind the time constraints of the project.

Service includes:

• 1.5-2 hours in-home consultation

• A private idea board on Pinterest where you can leave feedback on the direction of the design process

• Assistance with selection of the following finishes: cabinets, countertops, flooring, tile, stone, lighting, faucets, and paint colors

• Custom digital design boards featuring selections

• One shopping visit to vendors, if applicable and necessary to determining the final selections; additional fee for extra shopping or home visits may apply

• One showroom visit for flooring (if applicable)

Fee: Starting at $1600 for comprehensive package, or À La Carte service at an hourly rate of $100 per hour (a minimum of 8 hours is required)
